Kids Camp 2011

Training with Adina was simply one of the best experiences I had in the gym.  I wanted to get in great shape for a very special event in the summer and after couple of months with Adina I did look the part.

Adina is an excellent motivator and is an incredibly knowledgeable trainer who has a true passion for her work. She developed & tailored a special program for me over a period of 10 weeks, which not only helped me with losing weight, but also most importantly, helped me feeling energised. I was amazed at my muscular strength after only 5 weeks of sessions. I was hooked!  Well to tell the truth her awesome Tae Bo classes might also have something to do with it.  I torched some serious calories there!!!!!

Adina is a wonderful person and she really knows her craft. She can motivate you all day long!!!!! She smiles when she tells you “ 20 more abs please” and she smiles when she tells you that you need to run faster on the treadmill … to kill her or to trust her? That was the question at times, but I often found myself laughing with her and taking on the challenge. I did not regret it! I’m now fitter, faster and much more relaxed when going to the Gym.

Each training sessions had something unique and new.  I was not only getting in great shape, but I was also learning a variety of exercising techniques as well as functional exercises. The interval training was and still is my best discovery of the year!

I would highly recommend training with Adina to anyone who is serious about wanting to improve their appearance and strength as well as their fitness level. It was fun for me and SO worth the time and effort …
