In November we expand even more the range of activities offered to our members – everybody would find the favourite sport!

Are you in the dance mood? You like Latino music and hot parties? Join us, we’re dancing our booties off with Shara Bowen and her incendiary Zumba classes every Monday 10.30-11.30am, Tuesday 5.30-6.30pm and Friday 10.30-11.30am.

If you want to get rid of some extra pounds in no time right before winter holidays, give a try to the intense Tae-Bo classes, now with an additional morning class!. Release the stress and burn up to 700 calories per session on Monday 6-7pm, Thursday 9-10am and Friday 6-7pm.

If you are into Martial Arts, now you have the chance to learn a true Kung-Fu style: Qwan-Ki-Do will teach you the notions of effort, discipline, perseverance, confidence and respect of the others. Paul is a black belt instructor with over 15 years of practice and his patience and dedication with his disciples are amazing. Classes available for both children and adults.

For those who want to learn self-defense techniques, Aikido will show them the path of non-violence and harmony. Aikido is characterized by the nonviolent style of training: physical strength is kept to a minimum, while suppleness, dynamics, flexibility and inner strength are all promoted. Just relax and let Clay, our Turks Islander instructor with over 20 years of practice under his belt, to help you reveal the wonders of Martial Arts. Classes available for both children and adults.
